Goshale in Puttur
Surabhi Goshale
Surabhi Goshale is a dedicated goshale in Puttur under Dwaraka Prathistana’s social responsibility initiatives, preserving the native Malenadu Gidda cattle breed and promoting sustainable agriculture.
Located in the serene village of Derla, Keyyur, our 6000-square-foot sanctuary is home to 25 well-cared-for cows, producing high-quality organic fertilizers (slurry and Dhenusara) from cow dung and urine.
Through native breed conservation and organic farming support, we strengthen Dakshina Kannada’s agricultural heritage and environmental stewardship.
